Sourcing Requirements
Long-term procurement of granular or flake caustic soda (NaOH), evaluating both spot purchases and a 12-month monthly contract. State whether the supplier is a manufacturer or trader; manufacturers should provide factory location, years of production and export experience, and monthly and annual capacity. Product information must include form, NaOH content, moisture, typical impurities, packaging such as 25 kg bags or jumbo bags, shelf life and storage conditions. Provide ISO, SGS, REACH, MSDS and COA documents and confirm whether a COA accompanies every batch. State experience supplying Kazakhstan or Central Asia, available EXW/FOB/CIF/DAP terms, rail-shipping feasibility, estimated transit time, and loading port or railway station. Quote spot quantities of 10, 25, 50 and 100 MT separately. For the 12-month contract, quote monthly quantities of 100, 250, 500 and above 700 MT, including long-term discounts, price-locking and price-adjustment mechanisms. Also state MOQ, payment methods such as T/T or L/C, advance-payment percentage or credit terms, settlement currency, quality assurance, claims and compensation policy, sample cost and delivery terms, and customs-clearance documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and quality certificate.
