Sourcing Requirements
One turnkey production line for 30–300 kW three-phase AC motors for the engineering industry, including supply, installation and commissioning. The existing production background includes a Siemens 1LA3 AC industrial-motor license and current production of low-voltage three-phase squirrel-cage totally enclosed fan-cooled motors: frame sizes 80/90/100/112/132/160; power 0.75–25 HP; speeds 1,000/1,500/3,000 rpm; voltages 220/380 V delta/star, 380 V delta, 500 V delta and 500 V star; IP44/IP55; class F insulation; aluminum housings for frame 112 and below, cast-iron housings for frames 132 and 160. The supply proposal must include a complete motor-manufacturing license and know-how, civil/electrical/power utility requirements, test sheets and technical documentation, and CKD-parts price lists for 30–300 kW motors at 500/600/750/1,000/1,500/3,000 rpm. The winding lines must cover 0.56–18.64 kW, 18.64–125 HP and 125–300 HP and include winding, insertion, lacing, end forming, terminal welding, thermosetting oven, cooling, conveying, fume extraction and varnish-impregnation equipment. Test equipment must perform winding-resistance, insulation-resistance and dielectric-withstand tests. Also required are stator hydraulic press-fitting equipment, a complete 30–300 kW assembly and test line, no-load, vibration and efficiency testing, and a painting system. Target motors: three-phase squirrel-cage TEFC motors, frame sizes 180–355, power ratings 30/40/50/60/75/90/125/150/180/200/250/300 kW, up to 3,000 rpm, 380/660 V delta/star, 50 Hz, IP55, class F insulation and cast-iron housings. All equipment must be new and supplied with certificate of origin, original catalogs and detailed design descriptions, including auxiliary systems such as compressed-air station and air treatment. Manufacturers able to offer joint-venture or technical cooperation are preferred.
