Circular Saw Blades / Carbide-Tipped High Quality We are seeking a long-term manufacturing partner for premium circular saw blades for professional users. Supplier must be an actual factory with proven quality systems and stable raw material supply; 1) Blade range (initial SKUs); 165mm (6-1/2"): 20T / 24T / 40T, bore 20mm (with reducer ring option 16mm); 184mm (7-1/4"): 24T / 40T / 60T, bore 30mm (with reducer ring option 25.4mm/20mm); 190mm (7-1/2"): 24T / 40T, bore 30mm; 210mm (8-1/4"): 24T / 40T / 60T, bore 30mm; 250mm (10"): 40T / 60T / 80T, bore 30mm (option 25.4mm); 305mm (12"): 60T / 80T, bore 30mm; 2) Applications; Primary: Wood / plywood / MDF / laminate; Options: Aluminium / multi-material blades as expansion line; 3) Target construction & materials (premium spec); Plate: High-carbon alloy steel (laser-cut), tensioned, flatness controlled; Teeth: Micro-grain tungsten carbide (please specify grade used); Brazing: High-strength brazing alloy; Consistent tooth seating; Anti-vibration: Laser-cut expansion slots (option filled with resin/copper); Finish: Corrosion protection (e. G, coating) and clear markings; Runout/flatness: Please state your typical tolerances and inspection method; 4) Quality & performance requirements; Low noise & low vibration; Clean cut; Long edge life; Consistent cutting performance across batch production; Provide internal test data (recommended): Cutting meters in MDF/ply, wear rate, tooth chipping rate, balance/runout measurement results; 5) Branding / packaging; OEM branding: Laser marking on blade + branded colour sleeve/box; Packaging must be retail-ready with barcode area and safety icons; Include bore reducer rings where applicable; 6) Compliance & factory requirements (must-have); ISO 9001 quality management (provide certificate); Factory audit welcome; Must support AQL or equivalent QC plan; Provide traceability for plate steel and carbide; Prefer suppliers exporting to UK/EU/US markets with references; 7) Sampling; We require pre-production samples for each SKU before order approval; Please quote sample cost, lead time, and courier options; 8) Quotation request (please include in your reply); Please quote based on; FOB [port] and DDP to [your destination, e. G, Belfast, Northern Ireland]; MOQ per SKU, price tiers at 500 / 1, 000 / 3, 000 PCS; Production lead time for first order and repeat orders; Warranty/quality claim process and typical defect rate; Provide photos/videos of production line (laser cutting, brazing, tensioning, grinding, QC); We are prioritising highest quality and consistency; Shipping Terms: FOB.
