Sourcing Requirements
One cardanol production line with a current target capacity of approximately 1,000 tons/month and future expansion capability to 5,000 tons/month. Please provide technical specifications and process flow, a quotation including installation and commissioning, lead time, warranty, required utilities and raw-material specifications, and finished-product quality standards such as Gardner color, viscosity and phenol content. Reference equipment: 10 m² agitated wiped-film evaporator, 380 V, customizable, heating area 0.5–20 m², oil or steam heating, cooling-water cooling, Roots-pump or liquid-ring-pump vacuum system, high precision and computer control, one-year warranty, and CE/GMP/ISO compliance.
