A4 Copy Paper (80GSM) - Double a or Copy a Brand Product Specification; We require a quotation for high-quality A4 Copy Paper based on the following strict specifications; Size: A4 (210 mm X 297 mm); Weight/GSM: 80 GSM (Grams per Square Meter); Brand Requirement: EXCLUSIVELY Double A or Copy A. No substitutes will be considered; Packaging: Standard 500 sheets per ream; 2. Quantity & Maximum Pricing; We are interested in purchasing a significant bulk quantity, specifically half a container or a full container load, with the final quantity depending entirely on the unit price; Our absolute maximum target price for the 500-sheet ream is $1.40 USD (FOB/CIF). Please note that quotations exceeding this maximum price may not be competitive enough for our bulk purchasing requirements; 3. Quotation Requirements; Please provide a comprehensive quotation detailing the following; Unit Price: Your most competitive price per 500-sheet ream (FOB and CIF prices, if possible); Capacity: The total number of reams that fit into a half-container and a full container; Costing: Total cost for both the half-container and full-container options; Proof of Authenticity: Confirmation that the stock is genuine Double A / Copy A brand; Logistics: Your standard payment terms and estimated lead time from order confirmation to shipment.
