Purpose of Purchase: Provision of firefighters with personal protective equipment during fires; 3. General Requirements for Goods, Configuration, and Packaging; 3.1 Quality & Standards: The quality, safety, and marking of the supplied products must comply with the requirements of GOST 13025-85, 17340-87, 19882-91 regarding functional dimensions, stability, durability, and deformability; 3.2 Certification: Supplied products must be confirmed by Certificates of Conformity and Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusions; 3.3 Condition: The supplied product and its components must be high-quality and modern; 3.4 Packaging: The Supplier is obliged to supply the product in the manufacturer's packaging, ensuring its safety and protection from mechanical and climatic factors, preserving its presentation, and protecting it; 4. Additional Requirements: The product and its components must be new, not previously used or exploited; 5. Quantity and Configuration: The quantity and configuration of the equipment must correspond to the Technical Characteristics (Appendix); 6. Warranty: The product must be supplied with a Quality Certificate; 7. Year of Manufacture: The item must be produced no earlier than 2025; 8.
