Full Coal-Tar to Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) Production Plant Requirement General overview; We are currently seeking quotations for a complete turnkey plant designed for the continuous industrial production of Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) from raw coal tar. Our project is located in Zimbabwe, and the plant will be used for producing PMB suitable for road construction and industrial applications in hot climates; Quantity; 2 Full Plants; Zimbabwe; Product specifications; • Number of lines: 2 identical production lines; • Coal tar feed: 200 TPD per line; • PMB output: ~150–170 TPD per line; • Operation: 24 hours/day, 330 days/year; • By-products: Creosote, light oils (recoverable for sale); • Polymer dosage range: 3–6%; • Materials of Construction: Carbon steel, specific vessel thicknesses, high-temperature design ( > 250 °C); • Automation and Control: PLC-based control with HMI, recipe management, manual override capability; • Polymer types: Capable of using SBS, SBR, and optionally EVA, PE; • Commercial terms: FOB China / CIF Zimbabwe / DDP options; Service Requirements; • Installation supervision & commissioning; • Training plan; • Warranty terms (≥12 months); • Spare parts list for 2 years; We are
