Sourcing Requirements
Equipment and molds for manufacturing D400-class FRP manhole covers and frames in accordance with BS EN 124, with a maximum load capacity of 40 tons. The required set includes a 1,000 L kneader mixer, a 1,000 L mixing tank, and the following molds: 1) clear opening 560 mm, cover diameter 615 mm and thickness 30 mm, frame diameter 700 mm and thickness 60 mm; 2) clear opening 500 mm, cover diameter 555 mm and thickness 30 mm, frame diameter 640 mm and thickness 60 mm; 3) clear opening 450×500 mm with an outer frame of 640×640 mm.
