Sourcing Requirements
One hundred multi-lane traffic LiDAR systems for traffic enforcement, monitoring and ITS integration. No brand is specified; qualified OEM products from mainland China, Taiwan or Germany are acceptable. Scope of supply: multi-lane LiDAR sensors, all power and communication cables, gantry or roadside-pole mounting accessories, SDK/API/configuration software, user and integration documentation, factory calibration and diagnostic support, warranty and technical service. The system shall support free-flow monitoring of at least four lanes, automatic vehicle classification, vehicle length/width/height detection, traffic volume/speed/occupancy/headway data, integration with ANPR, tolling, ATMS and smart-city platforms, vehicle speeds up to 120 km/h, and 24/7 operation in all weather and lighting conditions.
