Seeking a long-term manufacturing partner for diagnostic kit components. Initial validation order: 1,000 pcs of each item; 2026 forecast: 1,000,000 pcs; 2028 forecast: 30,000,000 pcs annually. 5 ml plastic vial: internal-thread screw cap, bottle diameter approximately 15.93 mm, total height approximately 55.65 mm; internal thread is mandatory so the cap outer diameter is flush with the bottle body for automatic labeling; red cap; molded graduations only, no white printed graduations; sterilized. Disposable sterile swab: must have a breakpoint so the swab head can remain inside the 5 ml vial after breaking while the cap can still close normally; individually packed in a medical sterile pouch printed with the custom logo 'BMD-MX'. Supplier must hold a valid ISO 13485 certificate and provide sterility validation, COA, material declaration, sample cost, tooling cost, lead time, and production capacity.
