Sourcing Requirements
Currently our design is sheet metal on a square tube fframe. It is extremely heavy approximately 700kg; We are looking to switch to a stamped sheet metal design. Ideally aluminum but steel may be acceptable; The cabin is approximately 1700mm Long, 1850mm wide and 1750mm tall; We have engineers to assist in the design process as we would like a very custom design. We are currently building a few prototypes but would like to increase production to 100+ per year very soon; Being familiar with FMVSS regulations would be a huge bonus. For interior flame resistance, safety glass ratings; I have included pictures of the current design which will be very similar to what we would like made.
