Sourcing Requirements
Oval, slim LED light bars for electric scooters, installed vertically at the red-marked positions in the attachment for road use in Germany. Modern slim profile, approximately 15–30 cm long. Fully waterproof; state the IP rating, such as IP67 or IP68. No built-in battery; connect directly to the vehicle battery by cable. State the voltage range, such as 12/24/48 V DC, power consumption, connector and cable options. A wide illumination pattern and German road approval are required. Recommend exact models for front lights, rear lights, indicators, brake lights or a complete set, and provide datasheets, CE declaration, EMC report, RoHS/REACH documents, available ECE/E-mark documents, photometric data, dimension drawings, mounting method, cable length, connectors, installation instructions, waterproof-test information, operating-temperature range, vibration/shock performance, and UV/corrosion resistance of the housing and lens materials. Commercial information shall include sample price, tiered prices, MOQ, lead time, production capacity, warranty and packing. Samples will be purchased first; after successful testing, planned demand is up to 10,000 pieces.
