Sourcing Requirements
Purchase one complete fan-manufacturing machinery package shown in the attachment. All prices must be quoted in USD, a technical data sheet must be provided for each machine, warranty must be at least 24 months, and the trade term is FOB. Target unit price: USD 50,000; budget range: USD 10,000–50,000. The package includes: 1. 3,000 W CNC fiber-laser cutting machine with a 3,000 × 1,500 mm table. 2. 150-ton, 3,200 mm CNC hydraulic press brake. 3. Three-roll or four-roll hydraulic plate-rolling machine for material up to 1,500 mm wide and 6 mm thick. 4. Axial-fan flanging and punching machine for 250–1,200 mm duct diameter. 5. Dynamic balancing machine for workpieces up to 100 kg and 1,200 mm diameter. 6. Powder-coating line with pretreatment, spray booth, recovery system and gas curing oven. Final configuration and detailed specifications must follow the attachment.
