Technical Requirements for the Offered System The offered system must Be new, never used; manufactured not earlier than 2026 Be designed for integration with the above-mentioned filling line Not reduce the line's rated capacity (100 bags/hour) Ensure residual oxygen concentration inside the sealed bag ≤ 3% Use food-grade nitrogen (purity ≥ 99.99%); optionally, work with inert gas mixtures Allow adjustable gas flow; injection pressure must not damage the PE inner liner Inject nitrogen into the following four points oAbove-weigh reservoir oWeighing hopper oIntermediate hopper oFilling spout (mouthpiece) Be fully automated via PLC (discrete 24V DC signals and/or industrial communication protocol) Start the injection cycle automatically based on signals from the filling equipment (to minimize gas consumption) Be suitable for 24/7 continuous operation in a dry milk dust environment (combustible dust hazard) Include emergency protection (automatic gas shut-off upon loss of pressure, loss of synchronization signal, or any fault) Include pressure monitoring and status monitoring of actuators Have all components in contact with the gas or located in the product zone made of food-grade materials, at least AISI 304 Be resistant to dust typical for dry milk filling Comply with relevant machine safety and low-voltage standards Have noise level ≤ 80 dB 4. Minimum Scope of Supply Gas preparation and reduction unit Dosing injection block for each injection point (4 points) Actuators Electrical control cabinet (IP65 minimum) Complete electrical and pneumatic connections within the system Set of materials, tools, fixtures, and technological tooling sufficient for installation and commissioning at our site 5.
