Technical requirements: - Input: 415 V ±10%, three-phase, 50 Hz - Rated output: 60 kW - Power adjustment: 10%–100% - Applications: pipeline weld preheating, pressure-vessel welding, local heat-treatment support, carbon/alloy-steel heating - Temperature range: ambient to 750°C - Closed-loop water cooling and external industrial chiller compatibility - Protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, water-flow interlock and short circuit - External temperature controller, analogue/digital control and remote start/stop - Quick-connect flexible induction-coil interface and heavy-duty connectors - Mobile industrial design for refinery/outdoor use; IP54 or higher preferred OEM requirements: neutral branding, customised nameplate, private-label capability, electrical drawings, editable user manual, spare-parts list, maintenance manual and CE or equivalent certification.
