a supplier who can create 5, 000 custom bottle jacks that will do the following: Existing 2-ton bottle jacks rely on simple release orifices. These systems are designed for rapid lowering and do not permit stable, precision-controlled descent under varying loads. They are inherently load-dependent and cannot achieve the slow and safe lowering speeds needed for our new product design. We want a descent rate of about 0.005 m/s. Another factor of the 2-ton jack is that we do not need it to lift 2 tons; We only need it to lift about 400 lbs (200kg). In order to lift 2 tons you have to pump the jack about 25-30 times. We want the jack to only pump about 8-10 times, so the specifications of the jack need to be adjusted. We also need it with a foot pump, not a hand pump. We also need a pressure release to lower the jack, as seen in the attached photo. The final product will be used outdoors, so any exposed non-painted component, such as the RAM or springs, must be chromed, stainless steel or plated When it comes to lowering, the solution is separating lifting and lowering functions. Descent control needs to be achieved using a parallel hydraulic dampening system.
