Lennoxx Group LLC / Sirebec Limited is seeking qualified international Technical Partners for the development and operation of a large-scale Waste-To-Energy (WtE) Recycling Plant in Africa under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangement The project is designed for environmental remediation, offshore/onshore oil spill cleanup and control, algae-based recovery potentials, industrial waste processing, and domestic waste recycling with targeted processing capacity of up to 50, 000 metric tons daily 1, Federal Upstream Permit for Environmental Remediation / Oil Spill Control & Cleanup secured 2.40, 000 to 60, 000 square meters permanent project site secured 3. BOT concession structure with long-term operational potential 4.
