Sourcing Requirements
Prema Open Joint-Stock Company (Prema OJSC) is seeking insulated enameled round copper wire for DC electric-motor production. Conductor diameters: 0.35, 0.50, 0.67 and 0.71 mm. Minimum ambient temperature: -60°C. Operating temperature classes: 155°C and 180°C (Class F). Thermoplastic flow temperature: 240–300°C. Packaging: coils, approximately 20 kg each (±2 kg). Insulation: polyetherimide or dual heat-resistant varnish systems such as PEI + PA or PU + PA. The wire must support mechanized winding and resist a solvent blend of 60% white spirit, 30% xylene and 10% butanol. Estimated annual consumption: 0.35 mm—500 kg; 0.50 mm—450 kg; 0.67 mm—40 kg; 0.71 mm—800 kg.
