I am currently seeking for two (2) units of a Semi-Automatic O-Ring Assembly Machine to modernize our assembly process As we handle multiple O-ring sizes, Required: a versatile solution. These initial units will be used for testing and validation; However, we anticipate a larger order for our full production line if the equipment meets our operational standards Size Versatility: Must accommodate varying O-ring diameters and cross-sections. specify the changeover process (e. G., quick-change expansion fixtures or adjustable molds) Automation Level: Semi-automatic with automated O-ring feeding (vibratory bowl) and manual product loading/unloading Control System: PLC control with a touchscreen interface for easy parameter adjustments Quality Control: Integrated sensors for O-ring presence/absence and optional lubrication systems Incoterms: All quotes must be provided on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to our facility in Malaysia, Penang.
