Item: Metal serving bowls, round shape, similar shape as the 3 example bowls in the attached reference image (three sizes) Purpose: High-end serving bowls featuring a precision laser-etched hexagonal pattern on the inner surface, visually inspired by ONYX Cookware's hybrid hexagon pan surface The bowls should replicate the same laser-etched hexagonal pattern used on ONYX Cookware pans & exposing stainless-steel "peaks" over a darker etched background (Onyxcookware. EU) The pattern reference is for texture and visual style only (no non-stick coating) The etched pattern should cover the entire inner surface of the bowl The exterior should remain smooth and uniform, without etching Sizes Large: 19.5 cm (diameter) × 8 cm (height) Medium: 13.5 cm (diameter) × 6 cm (height) Small: 9.5 cm (diameter) × 4.5 cm (height) Each size to be included as a set of three bowls Material Preferred: 304 or 316 stainless steel, food-contact safe Optional PVD color coating or brushed/matte finish prior to etching (supplier to propose options) Steel quality must support high-precision laser etching and meet LFGB and EU food-contact standards Surface & Pattern Requirements Laser-etched hexagonal pattern, similar to ONYX Cookware's hybrid design Etching must be uniform over curved surfaces (requires multi-axis or rotary laser setup) Etching depth: Tactile yet easy to clean (low Ra preferred for hygiene) Final surface: Food-safe, passivated, smooth to touch, free of burrs or discoloration Supplier to include sample photos or similar references of previous laser-etched metalware Finishing Polished rim edge Etched interior area must be protected or sealed after processing Exterior surface to be smooth and consistent in color and texture Quantities for MOQ (supplier's standard minimum) 1, 000 sets (3 bowls per set) 3, 000 sets (3 bowls per set) 5, 000 sets (3 bowls per set) Each set should contain all three sizes (S, M, L) Packaging Each set individually packed in Color box Include optional pricing for white box version All boxes to be suitable for e-commerce shipping Compliance & Quality Requirements Use high-quality stainless steel suitable for long-term food contact Fully compliant with EU food-contact regulations LFGB certification REACH / RoHS (if applicable) Supplier must confirm material certifications and provide supporting documents with samples Supplier to Provide Confirmation required: ation of feasibility of laser-etching ONYX-style pattern on curved inner surfaces Production sample before mass production approval Lead time for sampling and mass production Options for surface finish (e.
