Consumption Data & Capacity Requirement For your reference, we are sharing our current vinyl tube consumption data (all sizes) in the attachment. Based on this, we request you to recommend a complete machine setup with a capacity of at least 2 times our current consumption, to cater for future expansion and business growth 2. Machine & Technical Proposal details on the following Recommended machinery and equipment for Vinyl Tube production (complete setup, including dies) Details of dies for different tube sizes (included quantity, changeover method, and compatibility) Detailed technical specifications and production capacity Utility requirements (power, air, space, etc. ) 3. Raw Material & Sourcing Raw material details along with possible sourcing options 4. Commercial Proposal Complete commercial (machine, accessories, installation, dies, and any optional items) Lead time for manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning After-sales support and warranty details 5. Reference Equipment (Our Initial Study) As per our initial study, the basic equipment involved in vinyl tube production includes Mixer + Loader System Single Screw Extruder (approx. 50 Kg/Hour) Calibration & Cooling Tanks Haul-Off + Cutter You are requested to review and validate this configuration, and suggest any additions, modifications, and required dies as per industry best practices 6. Additional Product Capability (Die Change Option) We understand that with die change in a vinyl tube extrusion machine, additional products can also be manufactured advise what other products can be produced on the same machine along with any additional requirements, die requirements, changeover considerations, and limitations 7. Cost Optimization Requirement As this is an initial phase project, we intend to keep the investment at an optimized and feasible level.
