Sourcing Requirements
Quotation is requested for a complete moringa-seed oil processing line, including all items within the supplier's scope and the delivery lead time. Raw-material capacity: 100–400 kg/h, operating 7–8 hours/day; cold-pressing temperature not above 50°C; seed moisture before pressing 6%–8%; finished-oil moisture not above 0.2%. Scope includes food-grade seed receiving/conveying and magnetic separation, vibrating cleaning and destoning, screening, solar or low-temperature drying at 35–50°C, dehulling and aspiration, cold-press oil machines and SS304 collection tanks, plate-and-frame filtration plus 5–10 μm fine filtration, 500–2,000 L stainless-steel storage tanks, filling/capping/labelling for 100 mL–1 L containers and 20–200 kg drums, 5–10 mm oil-cake pelletizing and 20–50 kg bagging, air compressor, three-phase backup generator and control cabinet. Required cleaning efficiency is at least 98% and dehulling efficiency at least 85%. Provide SS304/316 material certificates, CE or equivalent compliance, HACCP suitability, organic-production compatibility, process flow diagram, power and utility requirements, spare-parts list, at least 12 months' warranty, installation/commissioning and FAT documentation. Purchase quantity: one complete production line; seed collection bins 10–20 units and oil storage tanks 2 units, with the remaining principal equipment generally one unit/set each as itemized in the attachment.
